Fully automatic coil binding machine is an industrial automation device used to automatically coil and bind (secure) wires, cables, hoses, etc. It automates the entire process from coiling, positioning, binding to output, significantly improving work efficiency and reducing manual labor.
This machine is commonly used in industries such as cable processing, wire harness production, and electronics manufacturing. Its working principle is: after the wire/cable is placed in, it is automatically coiled → automatically moved and positioned → automatically applied binding tape (such as adhesive tape, cable ties, etc.) for fixation → automatically cut and output. The fully automatic coil binding machine is an automated device for coiling and binding wires/cables, significantly improving coil binding efficiency and reducing manual labor. It is suitable for long-term, high-volume production in fields such as electronics manufacturing and cable processing. Different models with varying coiling methods and automatic binding cycles can be selected according to different production needs.
