Powered by a high-torque gearbox motor and PLC control system, it achieves a PVC extrusion speed of up to 120kg/h—50% faster than standard models—while keeping insulation thickness tolerance within ±0.03mm.
Compliant with global standards including IEC 60228 and GB/T 12706, it ensures stable product quality that meets industry requirements. Its efficient design balances productivity and precision, making it a reliable tool for manufacturers pursuing mass production without compromising on performance.
