Why Yessjet Keeps Coming Back to wire China

Yessjet was founded in Shanghai in 2002 by a technical team from Taiwan with more than 30 years of experience in the wire and cable industry. That background shaped the way we build machines. In 2017 we opened a second factory, Jiangsu Yessjet Precise Machinery Co., Ltd., in Yixing to expand our manufacturing capacity. Our LAN cable spoolers and double-shaft spooling machines are designed for CAT5, CAT5e and CAT6 cable, which is wound into a net-type coil so that it pays out smoothly when the customer pulls it. Stacking, Pay-off and Accumulation

At the end of the line, our automatic stacking system and intelligent robot palletizing solutions take coils from the wrapping station and place them on pallets in a pattern that suits the shipping plan. The operator interface is a touch screen, so setting up a new stacking pattern does not require programming knowledge.

At the front of the line, our pay-off machines and accumulator or dancer units keep tension steady while the material feeds into the extruder or the take-up. Uneven tension is a common source of scrap, and it is far cheaper to prevent it at the pay-off stage than to trace it later in the finished cable.

From Single Machines to Complete Line Planning

A machine that performs well on its own can still hold up a line if it does not match the equipment on either side. A coiler that is faster than the extruder wastes its capacity, while one that is slower creates a queue of cable that piles up behind it. For that reason, we treat every project as a line design problem first and a machine order second.
